Support

Answers to the questions we get most, and where to find the team when something isn’t covered here.

Keys and access

How do I get a key?

Open a support ticket on the community Discord server and ask for a free Standard beta key.

Can I share a used key?

No. A key can be redeemed once. After that it is permanently tied to the Discord account that redeemed it.

Is Standard paid?

Not during the beta. A 5 € one-time payment for lifetime Standard is planned for later. No date has been announced.

Does Premium last forever?

No. Premium lasts while your qualifying server boost is active. Your saved backups stay restorable when it ends.

Do keys use my HWID?

No. The Discord key system does not collect hardware IDs or any device fingerprint.

Using the app

Will I gain FPS?

That can’t be promised. Results depend on your hardware, drivers, workload and the settings you already have.

Can every change be reversed?

Settings with a saved backup can be restored from the Backups tab. App removal and some other operations can’t be undone automatically, so create a restore point first.

Sign-in says I need to join the server.

Join the Discord server and accept its rules, then start the sign-in again from the app.

The app asks me to redeem a key.

Signing in needs a redeemed Standard license. Use /redeem with the key from your ticket, then sign in again.

What do I need to run it?

Windows 10 or 11 with .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer. Extract the whole ZIP before starting the EXE.
